Quick Campaigns

The Quick Campaign sections are used to view details about commonly used sales campaigns. These sections can be customized to display campaigns frequently used by dealership personnel.

The Quick Campaign sections display on the Sales Campaign screen. To access the Sales Campaign screen, click the (Sales Campaign) icon.

The campaigns that display in the Quick Campaign sections are defined in the Campaign Settings panel on the General Settings screen. Users can select predefined quick campaigns that are available for each dealership, or users can create custom quick campaigns using the Campaign Criteria panel.

The following quick campaigns are available:

  • Buy Back. The Buy Back campaign is used to contact customers about purchasing their current vehicles. This campaign can be used to contact customers who purchased vehicles at the dealership at least 18 months ago.

  • Cash. The Cash campaign is used to contact customers whose current deals are cash deals. This campaign can be used to contact cash customers about proposed vehicles similar to their current vehicle.

  • Finance. The Finance campaign is used to contact customers whose current deals are finance deals. This campaign can be used to contact finance customers about deals similar to their current deals.

  • Lease Maturity. The Lease Maturity campaign is used to contact customers whose lease deals are nearing expiration. This campaign can be used to contact lease customers before their leases expire.

  • Lease Miles. The Lease Miles campaign is used to contact customers who are projected to exceed their contracted miles with their lease vehicles. This campaign can be used to contact lease customers before their leases expire.

  • New. The New campaign is used to contact customers whose suggested vehicles are both new and in stock. This campaign can be used to help move new vehicle inventory.

  • Ready to Buy. The Ready to Buy campaign is used to contact customers who have a Prediction indicator rating of Great or Wow. This campaign can be used to target customers who are more likely to purchase a vehicle.

  • Rate Review. The Rate Review campaign is used to contact customers whose current deals have interest rates of 9% or greater. This campaign can be used to contact customers whose credit may have improved and may qualify for better deals.

  • Sales Conquest Buy Back. The Sales Conquest Buy Back campaign is used to contact customers about purchasing their current vehicles. This campaign can be used to contact customers who own vehicles that were not purchased at the dealership and that have a book value exceeding $10,000.

  • Service Contract. The Service Contract campaign is used to contact customers whose service contracts are expiring soon. This campaign can be used to contact customers before their contracts expire.

  • Used. The Used campaign is used to contact customers whose suggested vehicles are both used and in stock. This campaign can be used to help move used vehicle inventory.

To start a quick campaign, click the START button in the corresponding Quick Campaign section. A message window displays confirming the campaign should be sent. Click the START CAMPAIGN button on the message window to start the campaign. Email messages are automatically sent to the customers included in the quick campaign. To edit a quick campaign, click the (Edit) icon. The campaign criteria displays in the Campaign Criteria panel, where it can be edited and saved.

Note - If a predefined quick campaign is edited, changes must be saved using a new campaign name.

Additionally, when the (Edit) icon is clicked, customers matching the search criteria display in the Results panel based on settings defined in the Campaign Settings panel of the General Settings screen.

The following fields display in each Quick Campaign section.

Total: The total number of customers who currently meet the criteria of the quick campaign display.

Note - The name of this field displays as the name of the quick campaign.

Closing Rate: The percentage of customers who purchased vehicles the most recent time the campaign was sent displays.

Last Used: The date that the campaign was most recently sent displays.

Default Size: The maximum number of customers who can be included in the campaign displays. This number is defined by the entry in the Default Campaign Size field on the Campaign Settings panel. If the number of customers selected for a campaign exceeds the default campaign size, customers with the highest prediction indicators are included in the campaign.

Note - Prediction indicators are used to indicate an estimate of how likely the customer is to purchase a vehicle. Prediction indicators are determined automatically by the XtreamService application.
